The Contact Center Team Member is responsible for helping our Members by giving them an inspiring and positive experience when reaching out to our 365, 24/7 EverydayCare line.

Shift Info: Flexible Work Schedules; Shift differential available for nights / weekends.

Location: North Scottsdale Headquarters

Position Responsibilities:

Ability to create a great member experience by helping members feel confident with their care navigation.
Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data.
Must be attentive and responsive to the emotional needs of Members by starting with, "Yes, we can help you."
Confident in following a process and comfortable raising a hand when there is a process breakdown or opportunity for improvement.
Understands and shares the Vision for the organization.
Promptly answers incoming calls/texts from RDH Members and assists with their needs.
Facilitates guided questions with Member to set Providers up for success in next steps.

Position Requirements:

1 Year of experience in Customer Service related role, Required
1 year of telephonic customer service with heavy call volume, Preferred
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation, Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English), Highly Desired
